The 2023 Minutemen Fall Basketball Program will start Saturday September 16th for students in grades 5th-11th at Woodlands Middle High School. The address is 475 W. Hartsdale Avenue in Hartsdale. This year the Minutemen will be offering skills and drills classes on the following days;
1. Saturday's September 16th, 23rd,30th October-7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, November-4th, 11th-10:00-11:00-Grades 4th-6th, 11:00-12:30-Grades 7th-8th, 12:30-2:00-9TH-11th
2. Mondays's September 18th, 25th, October 2nd, 16th, 23rd, 30th, November 6th-7:00-8:00-Grades 4th-6th, 8:00-9:00-7th-11th
3. Wednesday's September 20th, 27th, October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, November 1st, 8th.7:00-8:00-Grades 4th-6th, 8:00-9:00-7th-11th.
The workouts will focus on the following;
Stretching, and Calisthenics.
Resistance Bands and Strength Training.
Core Development and Agility Drills.
